01 About Potty Timer
Potty Timer helps parents and caregivers keep track of potty training reminders on iPhone and, when paired, Apple Watch. The website includes an interactive demonstration. Its buttons and countdown are a preview; they do not schedule device notifications.
References to “we” and “us” mean the developer of Potty Timer identified in its App Store listing. These terms apply to the website and to your use of the app. The app is intended for use by adults responsible for a child.
02 App license
Your license to the app is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different agreement is presented for the app in the App Store. These terms provide additional information about Potty Timer’s features and website. If a provision here conflicts with the applicable app license, the app license controls for use of the licensed app.
The name, design, text, and software of Potty Timer remain the property of their respective owners. You may use the website and app for their intended personal purposes, subject to the applicable license and law.
03 Trial and purchase
Potty Timer is planned to offer full access for the first three active training days. An active day is a local calendar date on which the timer starts or resumes, including an automatic restart after End day. Opening the app or changing settings alone does not use a day. A countdown already in progress is not cut off when the trial ends.
After those days, starting another countdown requires a one-time lifetime unlock. This is a non-consumable in-app purchase, not a recurring subscription. The current price in your region appears in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm. The unlock is intended for the iPhone app and its paired Apple Watch; use Restore Purchases to recover an eligible purchase with the same Apple Account.
Apple processes in-app purchases and handles applicable billing, taxes, and refund requests under its terms. If the released app or App Store purchase screen differs from the prelaunch plan described here, the terms shown at purchase and the features of the released app control. We will update this page accordingly.
04 Reminders and safety
Potty Timer is a convenience tool, not medical advice or a substitute for attentive supervision. Choose intervals appropriate for your child and follow the advice of a qualified professional for health concerns.
Notifications and synchronization depend on device settings, permissions, power, connectivity, and operating system behavior. A reminder may arrive late or not at all. Do not rely on the app for urgent or safety-critical needs.
05 Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your device settings, notification permissions, and the way you use the timer. Do not misuse the website or app, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them in a way that violates applicable law or the app license.

06 Availability and liability
We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or perfectly timed notifications. The website and app are provided subject to the warranties and remedies required by applicable law and the applicable app license.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or app. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer rights.

We may revise these terms as the product changes. The effective date at the top shows when this page was last updated. Material changes will be presented through the website or app as appropriate; continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them, where permitted by law.
