How to use the chart
Mark Success when your child uses the potty, Tried when they sit or attempt without going, and Accident when one happens. An accident is information, not a failure. Look for useful patterns rather than a perfect streak.
Connect the chart to a reminder routine
A chart records what happened; a potty training schedule helps you remember when to offer the next try. Potty Timer combines recurring reminders with quick outcome logging on iPhone and Apple Watch. You can still use this printable page independently.
Should I give a reward for every mark?
Families use charts differently. If you offer encouragement, keep it gentle and consistent. Praising the effort to try can be more useful than treating every outcome as a win or loss.
